Restaurant – We open up our doors some evenings for special event nights - 3 courses for £25pp!!
Not into crafts? No problem! We keep one side of the café available for delicious food and drinks.

The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and the food is great! You can buy lunch and there’s also lots of lovely cakes to choose from.
I highly recommend this cafe. There are various arts and craft workshops for adults during the week, and lots of creative opportunities for children too at weekends and school holidays. Definitely worth a visit!

We visited for a pre-school Christmas craft session, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Really lovely atmosphere, so welcoming and calming for children and the ladies were really great with my toddler
It’s also a really lovely space for a child even when there isn’t a workshop on as there is colouring things and craft packs available!

Flow is an absolute gem. Whether it’s popping in for my chai latte before the school run or entertaining the children with the drop in craft sessions, it’s a truly lovely, welcoming place. This weekend my daughters had a really special birthday party there - it was fabulous! The girls thoroughly enjoyed their crafts and a great afternoon tea to celebrate, while us adults were able to relax and enjoy a chilled Saturday afternoon.
I thoroughly recommend Flow - such a great addition to the town.
